Return Policy - 100 % customer satisfaction is very important to us - Returns will be accepted within 30 days upon receipt if the item is in clean, perfect condition & in the original packaging. Items returned that appear to have been abused will not be refunded. Please note that returned items in less than perfect condition will not qualify for a full refund. In these cases the amount refunded will be determined upon our inspection of the item - We are not trying to take advantage of anyone, however, we do not want to be taken advantage of ourselves. Shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Homeowner Crittergetter returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original Crittergetter returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.Contact us prior to return for return authorization instructions. Returns without authorization will not be refunded.
Purchase Policy -
